Reboot.fm is described as a software project that works with the social and political aspects of open source tools and free content and expands them into the arena of cultural production. Attached to this project is the idea to create an open radio license which would set a legal standard for peer-to-peer program syndication . The initiators of reboot.fm will present their project and the Constant's webradio will relay the first reboot.fm try out.

reboot.fm is a project by bootlab.org, funded by kulturstiftung des bundes.
