Reboot.fm is described as « a software project that works with the social and political aspects of open source tools and free content and expands them into the arena of cultural production. » Attached to this project is the idea to create an « open radio license which would set a legal standard for peer-to-peer program syndication ». The initiators of reboot.fm will present their project and the Constant's webradio will relay the first reboot.fm try out.
