Netlabels, independant music portals, free music distributors are flourishing.
A programme of concerts and a streaming radio runs parallel to the whole festival period. Using the radioswap platform, Belgian free radios (RUN, RadioCampus, Radio Centraal,Radio PANIK, Radio Tlis ...) will broadcast a large selection of free licensed content.

RadioCAMPUS Brussels will broadcast a full day of free licensed content on the 09/12
